Three funeral Urns
Three funeral urns refusing their traditionally admitted plain and solid quality. One urn is made of sand, another of salt, a third one of soil; they are intended to allow dispersion of funeral ashes, either in a desert, sea, or forest. Thanks to it shape and material, this container is ephemeral. Its lines are simple and avoid any ornament, it breathes. It underlines a certain confidence : we are wise, understanding what our earth lives are, still it leaves space for belief and consider the mystical value of what's left of a human body.
Ashes, together with the tablets and the urn itself return to this earth where they both initially came from.
